Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Lords Healthcare for your medical and consultation needs. We strive to provide excellent care and manage our appointments efficiently to best serve all our patients.

  1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all services requiring upfront payment or booking fees, including, but not limited to:

  • Doctor Consultations (Online/Offline)
  • Appointments
  • Health Check-up Packages
  • Diagnostic Services (where pre-booked)
  1. Policy on Consultation Bookings (Non-Refundable)

All bookings for doctor consultations and appointments are final and non-refundable.

Once a consultation slot or appointment has been successfully booked and payment has been processed, the booking is confirmed, and no refunds will be entertained under any circumstances, including patient cancellation, no-show, or change of mind.

The fee is utilized to secure the doctor’s time and administrative resources.

  1. Rescheduling of Consultations

While bookings are non-refundable, you may be permitted to reschedule your appointment, subject to the following conditions:

  • Notice Period: You must notify Lords Healthcare at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
  • Procedure:Rescheduling requests must be made by calling our patient desk at the number provided on your booking confirmation or the hospital’s general inquiry line.
  • Limit: Rescheduling is typically limited to one instance per booking and must be utilized within a timeframe (e.g., 30 days) as determined by the hospital administration. Failure to utilize the rescheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
  1. Cancellation by Lords Healthcare

In the rare event that Lords Healthcare or the consulting doctor must cancel an appointment (due to unforeseen circumstances, medical emergencies, or doctor unavailability), you will be contacted immediately. In such cases, you will be offered the choice of:

  • Rescheduling: Booking a new appointment with the same doctor or an alternate doctor at a mutually convenient time.
  • Full Refund: If rescheduling is not possible or acceptable to you, a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled service will be processed. Refunds processed due to hospital/doctor cancellation will be credited within 7–10 working days.
  1. Services and Packages

Refunds for prepaid packages or other services (like diagnostics or health checks) that are partially or fully unused will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Billing & Finance department for details. Any refunds processed will be subject to deduction for services already rendered and applicable administrative charges.
